Kody Holt was born and raised in Enterprise, UT. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Southern Utah University. He obtained his Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Spring Arbor University. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He became Wound Care Certified (WCC) through the NAWCO and enjoys being a guest lecturer for wound care at Southern Utah University’s Department of Nursing.
Kody has spent his entire life with an interest in healthcare. Since he was 8 years old, he wanted to become adept in the medical field. He started out as a certified nursing assistant in 2008 and spent the next several years as a CNA, phlebotomist, EMT, sleep technician, registered nurse, nurse manager, and wound care specialist.
When he is not working, Kody loves being outdoors. He enjoys camping, fishing, grilling, hunting, and yardwork. He also enjoys music, especially playing the piano. Kody married his high school sweetheart, Tifani, in 2011. Together, they have 3 children: Jayven, Bronson, and Vanessa. He is excited to be serving the community of Enterprise and surrounding areas as a nurse practitioner at the Enterprise Valley Medical Clinic!
